The acquisition brings together highly complementary product portfolios, pairing Modernized Pottery’s planters and home décor with Nearly Natural’s artificial plants, flowers and trees. It also adds U.S.-based 3D-printing capabilities, creating opportunities to rapidly develop new, integrated products that combine the companies’ respective design and product expertise.

Nearly Natural plans to accelerate Modernized Pottery’s growth through expanded product development, increased manufacturing capacity and broader distribution across direct-to-consumer, online marketplace, wholesale and dropship channels. Modernized Pottery’s flexible manufacturing platform will also enable rapid product development, efficient production and distinctive designs across the combined portfolio.
